i was so cheap if i wasnt gona save any money i was fine with my old rig that i had for nearly 8 years(but could only play new games in low settings

rebuilt my PC for $671.75

my old Rig:

parts below were boxed up and stored away:

- Intel Pentium 4 socket 478 3.0ghz with HT
- Albatron Intel 865PE Pro v2.0
- 3gb Kinsgton DDR400
- BFG Geforce 7800 GS OC 256b AGP
- Raidmax Volcano 630 watts modular PSU

parts bellow were recycled:

- 320GB Seagate Barracuda 7200 RPM SATA I/Seagate Freeagent Pro 750gb USB/Firewire HD
- LG 20x DVD writer SATA I
- Themaltake M9 midtower case modded for 3 Intake fans LED fans(2x 120mm/1x 80mm), 1 120mm led exhaust and 1 Thremaltake iFlash Mini 80mm LED fan

- Logitech QuickCam Communicate Deluxe 1,3 mpxl webcam

*did not include recycled parts prices since they are atleast 1 year old so prices gave changed since i bought them
 
What i've done with some old parts is make a cheap internet/e-mail rig and donate it to a local kids club. Get to knock a chunk off my taxes for charitable contribution, and recycles what would just gather dust on my shelf.

thanks for the advise, i already got buyers set up to get the old parts off my hands and get back some of the money i spent on the rebuild
