Buying SC2 and need a new PSU, best Combo?

I am going to buy SC2, which is $60 almost everywhere. Currently I have an ancient computer that I am trying to update component by component. I think the most bang for the buck would be a new GPU, but I am concerned that the PSU that was included in my ~$60 Xion case (~350W?) is not quality enough to push a new GPU?

So when looking on Newegg, they had ~$100-$120 combo's with new PSU with SC2. My question is, is one of these a much better quality PSU than the others? I can not find them in the PSU rankings pages. Thanks!

The antec 650W was very highly rated on Tom's.

Solution
Since it costs less than the 620W AR, get the XFX. Running a PSU with lots of overhead helps extends its life by quite a bit and you can use things like PSUs on your next build.

So am I correct that I should not upgrade my GPU with my current PSU?

The XFX 650W or antec 750W would be plenty for my current system with a GTX460?

Even if/when I upgrade to a 130W processor (in 6-12 months)?
