3D gaming

Hi everyone!
I would like some info on 3D gaming. I have the 120hz "VX2265wm FuHzion" monitor which supports 3D gaming, more specifically "Nvidia 3d vision". But - and here's the issue - what I have is an ATI card (XFX 5770). Now what does this mean? Can I still play in 3D, and if so how do I do it? what do I need? All I see in stores is the nvidia kit. I'm thinking the techonlogy is the same, there must be something I can buy/fix to make it work.
