Blue screens and under-performance

Recently, I replaced my EVGA motherboard with the Asus Maximus III Formula (Intel 1156). Since I got it up and running I've been running into some very odd issues.

1) Windows will start to load, then it'll crash and say one of three things in the Blue Screen:
- MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
- BAD_POOL_HEADER
- PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA

2) After the blue screen happens, if I switch off my PSU and wait for mobo lights to turn off then turn the computer back on, it tells me that a new CPU has been installed and that I need to enter setup.

3)I have started lagging really hard in my online video games but have seen no drop in performance in benchmarks and stress tests once I get the machine up and running.

Based on these symptoms it seems like I have a driver issue but have, as of yet, been unable to pinpoint which one is at fault.

I've attempted debugging the mini-dump files, but am having a rough time finding the correct "symbols" (?).

Things I've tried:

Memtest for 4+ hours
Prime95 for 8+ hours
Updating the BIOS
Updating Chipset/GFX/Networking drivers
Reseating CPU

Any help would be appreciated
