OS drive died, issues are rampant

My OCZ Vertex 2 SSD drive died, all it had on it was my Windows 7 and Microsoft Office. I got it RMA'd and windows is now installed. There are tons of issues now, however, because all my programs were installed on my other drive. I imagine it is because the registry is messed up now that I had to get a fresh drive, is there a way to sweep through and fix these issues short of wiping my other drive and reinstalling everything? That's possible, but it would be a pain in the rear, of course, so if there's an easier solution to fix the issues, that would be fantastic.

You should just have to reinstall the programs over the old ones. You dont have to wipe the drive. You're right, its registry stuff.
