Having some trouble with my new laptops dvd drive

hi i recently bought http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834152339 this new laptop from newegg open box for a steal at 800 dollars everything works amazing except for the dvd drive for some reason when I click the eject button the drive makes some sounds but doesn't budge. So then I attempted to open it with the little hole which pops it open in the side of the drive. i then attempted to put in the driver disk and install those but when i put the disk in it clicks in makes some noise and says there isn't a disk in there in my computer. I checked the device manager and it says that the dvd drive is hooked up and it gave me this as the name(tsstcorp-cddvdw-sn-208ab), any helpful input would be greatly appreciated thank you

You probably need to have that dvd drive replaced. There's not much more to do with a dodgy disk drive.
