Agp card for windows 7

hello everyone,
i have a compaq sr1330nx computer, 995 mg of ram and no graphics card.so i need a agp graphics card that can run windows 7 (32 bit) smoothly.i am going to use this computer for every day use not really a gamer.and my budget is 25 to 55 including shipping.please help me thxs

AGP is an outdated slot, and all the cards for it are extremely expensive. nVidia only works for the 7XXX series or better and ATI only works for 4XXX series or better.

I would recommend with a computer that age that you run win XP. It does not need the same amount of resources (ram) as win7.
If you are looking for an AGP card I recommend ebay, there you can get a decent card for little money.

It should work. Just make sure to get the AGP hotfix drivers if the ones supplied by powercolor don't work for you.

dude, you should get a mobo that has pci-e... they're not that much, and once you have that, you'll have much more room to advance in upgrades...

I don't think a 3450 will work...ATI does not support Windows 7 for cards under the 4XXX series.
