Hello,I,m having numerous computor crashes and just reading the black screen that appears "sata1harddisk:s m a r t status bad", could anyone help with cause of crashes

That's not good. Your HHD is failing. First try to do a repair with a windows install CD, (it is windows right?) you may get lucky. Run scandisk if possible.

I would immediately go get another hard drive and hopefully you can save your data. Backing up data is SO important.

You will have to "mirror/clone" your current drive image to the new drive, or reinstall the OS and hopefully copy all your data from the offending drive once you get the new drive up and running.
