Corsair tx750w PSU
6GB Corsair XMS3 1600 MHz
Sapphire Radeon 5770 Vapor-X

I just finished putting my computer together and I went to boot it up and all of my fans including GPU and CPU heatsink fans turned on but nothing else appeared to work. I tried to open the DVD drive but that didn't work.
Some of the LEDs on my motherboard lit up but they were green and yellow and from what I can tell that's considered normal. In addition, my mouse didn't light up and my monitor didn't wake up from sleep mode.
Any ideas on what the issue could be?
