I have three 2g rams on myPT6 deluxe V2 I want add three more totalling 12g of rams, same corsair, same voltage, timing, and latency, will it improve, I do video editing--any implications Pl advice

Assuming 6X2GB matching kits then yes you will see an improvement especially in 'most' renders environment.

Find the SAME 3X2GB kit as is already installed, if you cannot find it on Newegg then try Amazon.
