SAPPHIRE HD 3650 512MB DDR2 PCI-E

Recently i've bought a SAPPHIRE HD 3650 512MB DDR2 PCI-E. After i install it, my pc cannot boot...
My motherboard is Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9
When i unplug my vga cable, my pc can boot normally..
Are the graphic card not compatible with my monitor?

finally i had discover the problem...
the problem is between my monitor and my graphic card..
when i change another monitor, my computer boot normally..
but when i change back to my monitor, the graphic card stop working and my computer cannot boot again...
anyone know what to solve the problem??

my monitor is samsung 732nplus
