Hi All,
Recently I've bought a sandy bridge CPU (i5-2400S, yes I know the SATA problem) and a G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 DDR3 1333 CL8 (F3-10666CL8D-4GBRM) memory.
Do they get along together? which H67 mATX motherboard (Gigabyte or Asus only) is compatible with them both?

Check the QVL (Qualified Vendor's List) for the answer to your question. You'll find it in your owner's manual or a more up to date listing on line under the manufacturer's specific product info.

That's the problem ... there are no sandy bridge updates on the G.Skill website, maybe because of the Intel SATA Issue ?!

No, check the motherboards' site, not the RAM's site for QVL.
