1055T Asus M4A785TD- V overclock settings

Hey Guys

Somebody please help, this is my setup

Phenom 1055T
Stock Cooler
Asus M4A785TD-V EVO
G SKILL Ripjaws 12800 @ 1600MHz 7-7-7-21
Palit GTX 460 1Gb
Antec EA650w
Dell SP2309W

I really want to clock my 1055T to over 3.4-4.0Ghz but I have no idea how to do it, I know this is possible with stock
colour as these chips clock really high but I just don't know where to start. If anybody could help me I would really
appreciate it.

So far I had a mess around turning turbo off and C1E support off and cool and quiet and manually clocking it through AMD overdrive but it just isn't stable and I don't know what I am doing when it comes to overclocking.

Which bios values should I be messing around with to get this baby upto a speed that makes it worth my purchase as at the
moment I feel I should of just got a 965BE as its clocked higher and is better at gaming.

Hopefully in the futue the 6 core will be better utilized.
