So i have an SSD installed with windows 7 and i also have my 1tb harddrive which also has windows 7, theyre both working fine, i just want to know how i would be able to play games such as team fortress 2 or skyrim if theyre stored on my hdd, and im booted up from my SSD, i know this should be the other way around, but i just got the SSD for windows and some programs of mine.

intel i5 2500k
8gb adata 1600mhz
evga 550 ti sc
60gb ocz ssd
1tb hdd

Option 1 - Simply install the games over themselves at their current location.

Option 2 - Copy / Paste the game folder from your HD to your SSD.....this will allow the game to garner the full benefit of your SSD speed. This works cause when installed the games were on C:\..... nor they are likely on D:\ so won't work..... but when pasted on SSD, they on C:\again

Of course you can't do this with 35 games, but it does work if you swap the few games you are currently using back and forth.

The best course of action is what nhasian has stated - RE-INSTALL.
