No. You need at least an HD4670/9600GT to play games on 1680x1050 and above.

It won't play any modern games, the GeForce 8200 is not a gaming card, The absolute minimum I'd recommend for gaming is a ATi HD5670.

BTW, You don't multiply the number of cores/threads by the Ghz.

For example my processor is not 32Ghz (8 threads x 4Ghz). Its just 4Ghz.

And yours is 2.6Ghz, not 10.4Ghz
