Motherboard 2 second spins up then stops

Have 3 new Asus boards. All spin up for about 2 seconds then stop and will not restart. Power and RAM check out. New Pentium E6800 on one and E7500 on the other. G Skill 4gb DDR3 1333. Just cannot figure this one out. Ideas?

It is likely a error in the boot up progress likely 'serious'(minor in the real world) make sure you check a different hard drive if possible. If it is hard drive it might be something really wrong also check your power supply with all your equipment do you have enough watts google to see how to calculate
