Hi all.

I am fairly new to this site. Saga Lout was very helpful answering my last 2 problems. Thought I'd post here again to see if anyone could help.

One day I just booted up my xp computer as normal and got a bsod just after the xp splash screen had disappeared and the "please wait" message was about to come up. I had made no significant changes. I can't even remember what I did b/c it waz a month ago i got it i have absolutely no idea what caused it. my computer is a few years old, maybe some parts are starting to die.

The BSOD message I got was this: STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process System Process terminated unexpectedly with a status of
0xc0000135 {0x00000000} (0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.

I've never got this message before and I don't kknow whats caused it. Whats going on???????

Please view this youtube video for more info:

I've also uploaded event logs here: one of system: http://www.mediafire.com/?oqseng1cl7gcz9b

And one of application: http://www.mediafire.com/?di3dksn3hzny3kd

BTW, system restore doesn't work, so I can't use that. Even if I get it working, i doubt it will help b/c i got this bsod over a month ago. the calender is just blank, watch y'tube vid for more info.

VEry greatful for any help.

Monty

From the video, the good new is you can boot into the safe mode. When you boot in the safe mode> chose the "Last Known Good Configuration" and press Enter.

If this do not work. Do you have the winXp cd? If you have it then do the repaire windows.
