Wifi not working

Hello,
I am having issues with wifi on my PC. When I refresh the network list it doesn't catch any of the wifi signals in the area. I know that there is nothing wrong with my router or internet connections because other laptops can catch a perfect wifi signal.

Make sure you have the wireless feature turned on. There is a switch on most laptops now that is located on the outside of the case. It controls if the wireless card is on or off.
