XFX, Sapphire good quality.
ASUS and MSI good quality/cooling solutions/bundled software for overclocking.

ill go with asus then, theyre the cheapest really, and cooling is no biggie, im gonna put an after market cooler on it, the cooling on the 5850 is stupidly loud.

I would choose xfx because of the double lifetime warranty.

When you buy it, they will replace it anytime if something goes wrong. If you decide to sell it, the buyer also get the same lifetime warranty, so you can get a little more for it. In this economy, people will like to know that it can be replaced even though it is being bought used.

Double lifetime only works west of the Atlantic.
