I have a runcore 64gb ssd drive and it has a raw format. How can i change it to ntfs to reinstall windows?

I don't think it matters what file system is on the drive. When you do a fresh install of windows it will allow you to format and/or partition your drive to NTFS before the initial installation.

If your drive is not being detected in the windows setup, then you will need to download a copy of your storage controller drivers and put them on a flash drive for use during the windows setup.

When you promote to select hdd during windows installation, there will be option to format. You have to click 'more option' and then format the selected partition.
