CPU Type: DualCore Intel Pentium E2200, 1200 MHz (6 x 200) -I will upgrade to intel core to quad 2.8GH-
RAM : 2GB : 4x512 MB DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM (5-5-5-18 @ 400 MHz)
power supply : Delco 300 watt max
should I change something like power supply or any thing else ? please help Thanks in advance

Solution
A HD 5770 should work out nicely for you at 1440x900.
For a HD 5770 and C2Q CPU upgrade a good 400W~450W PSU should be enough.

Having a PCI-e x16 slot, any recent video card will fit. 300W is a bit lacking, so I'd upgrade that before getting a new video card. Corsair gets my vote for the PSU.

As for the GPU, what kind of games do you play, and what kind of budget do you have?

While that combo is a good deal, there seems to have been some serious reliability issues with the newer OCZ supplies on the forums. Not sure if it's specific to certain models and/or setups, but it's just something I'd consider. They probably have good warranty however, they're a fairly reputable company.
