Motherboard choice

I'm looking for a P55 motherboard to go with a i5 760. My budget for the mobo is under $130.

I will not be doing SLI or Crossfire
I will not be overclocking
I'm leaning towards an ATX board so my case will be worth it.
I'll be using G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) with it.

So far, I've been looking at:

GIGABYTE GA-P55-USB3 LGA 1156 Intel P55 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard - $119.99

MSI P55-CD53 LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard - $109.99

ASUS P7P55 LX LGA 1156 Intel P55 ATX Intel Motherboard - $119.99 - worries me with all the bad Newegg reviews (yes I know they're newegg reviews but still)

ASUS P7P55D-E LX LGA 1156 Intel P55 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard - $129.99

Do you have any other recommendations?

I would go with Asus. I have used them for many build and have been very happy with them. Than Agin Gigabyte are good too.

I've read that everywhere. Asus and Gigabyte obviously are the top tier.

but how does MSI rank?

Added this to the list. The P7P55 LX has been getting a ton of bad customer reviews that are related which makes me wonder.
