DHCP server to DNS server record updation is unsuccessful

Hello,

I have a DHCP server and DNS server in Windows 2003 server.
Client machines able to get the IP's dynamically from DHCP server, but these client machine IP's and its corresponding hostname is not resolving when we put nslookup from client machines.

However no DHCP IP's were updated to DNS server as a host entry.

We able to resolve DNS for the static IP's not the Dynamic IP's.

Can some one help me on this.

have you checked dns server ip's in your dns scope which is assin=gned for the clients,

Turn on unsecured dns updates, if you're not using domain logins. This will allow any component to update DNS. Note: this is a security risk in that server dns entries can be overridden.

I tried all the above said. But nothing is working out.
