Asus 8800 gtx has blue vertical lines

My 8800 gtx has blue vertical lines on screen. I hear baking your video card for 10 minutes at 385 degrees sometimes works.Can i get some advice on this. Is it worth a try?

  1. no never do that exceeding 80C is dangerous in that temp your card will start to melt


    shhh....ish how do people belive these

    Hey it worked i did it over a week ago and card is working like new and gaming great also.
