Upgrade 530S

Hi, I have a slim dell 530s computer and have just upgraded the graphics card to Raedon 5570. Are you also able to upgrade the processor on these computers?

I currently have a

230W power source
original motherboard of 530s
current processor is an Intel Dual Core E6750 @ 2.66GHZ
Runing Vista 32bit system
3GB of RAm

I should also say I would like to update to a quad core, is this possible?
