two ways...if you have 4g of fixed ram now...use msconfig and turn off things in start up you dont need. that free up some ram.
if not that you have to add or replace the ram in your computer. crucial has a free ram scan that tell you the amount of ram in your pc..if you have any free slots and the ram kits that will work in your pc from a web windows. you wont need to open your pc.
