Upgrade 8500 GT for my HP m8430f

I will apologize in advance for not being particularly graphics savvy. I have searched similar threads but did not find the answer to my particular question. I use my computer for games but would not consider myself "hardcore". I recently tried playing Bioshock 2 and found it jumpy at all but the lowest graphics settings and was considering upgrading my graphics. I was hoping to pay $120 or less. I have looked at the MSI N240GT-MD1G/D5 GeForce GT 240. Will this card work/fit in my computer? Is there a different card you would recommend?

HP m8430f Q6600 4MB RAM
Windows 7
TV Tuner-I think this is separate from the graphics card
PCI Express x16 - Plug-in card
Expansion Slots Total (Free) 4 Memory - DIMM 240-pin , 1 ( 0 ) x PCI Express x16 , 1 ( 0 ) x PCI , 1 ( 0 ) x Processor - LGA775 Socket , 2 ( 1 ) x PCI Express x1
Power supply - 300-watt
