9800GT or HD5770?

I am currently playing arma 2 and its fine but i have all the settings on medium/low I am using a 9800GT with a 2.6 AMD Quad core 2GB ram and a 500 HDD i am thinking of upgrading my gpu will a HD5770 give me the power I need or is it something else holding my computer back?

No its Athlon II x4 620 I am planning on getting more ram too but will the HD5770 make much differance?
