Advice on this rig?

Hi all. I'm hoping to build a new PC which will basically be for gaming. I would be grateful and would welcome opinions/recommendations.

Three queries - is the Antec Nine Hundred a large case? If not should I get the Coolermaster HAF 932 or another one someone could recommend?
Also, what size monitor would you recommend with the 5850 (link to scan would be appreciated)? And, is it worth spending an extra £30 or so on the 965?

1. Unless u using a HTPC/SFF case why Shuriken HSF? Nab a CM 212+
2. 2 X 2 Crucial Ballistix 1333 CL7?
3. 23-24" Full HD for me ^^
4. 870 chipset for bigger better tech?

Yes the Antec 900 is plenty large enough, certainly for 5850s. It can even hold a 5970 (as long as no harddrives are in the way).

No it is not worth spending the extra £30 on the 965. Scan only stock the C2 revision of the 955, which is the older version. Ideally you should get the MBOX version from another site, such as ebuyer, which also has a better choice and price for RAM. Altho it's not really that big of a deal.

If you want to be able to crossfire your 5850s then you will need a good 650W PSU.

I wouldn't really recommend the Scythe Shuriken for an OC, it's advantage is in being quiet, hope you know that.

I would go for a 1080P screen for that card, altho I don't know which one would be the best to recommend. I'd suggest looking at the 22-24 inch ones and read a few reviews.

Thank you both. I won't be overclocking - however, I did find a Titan Fenrir which I replaced the Shuriken for. Also, I don't plan on Crossfiring for some time; but if I do I will buy a 650W+ PSU.
