Questions about some p67 mobo

Hello,
i wanted to ask about p67 mobos.. i want to buy one.. but how should i know the mobo is fixed or still defective?? any indication that the mobos if fixed after the recall?

Yes. Anything available now is defective.

Manufacturers will announce all over their web sites and news sites and everywhere else when they have fixed boards available.

They will also likely have different model numbers to indicate fixed boards. Like my ASRock P67 Pro3 might be exchanged for an ASRock P67 Pro3 V2 or something.
