Need a new motherboard with overclocking capabilities [cheaptes]

I need help in choosing a motherboard with capabilities of overclocking, with slots for a core2duo.
I want both DDR3 and DDR2 lists.
I cannot overclock D945GCNL right?

Regarding the Intel D945GCNL the few searches I've done said 'NO OC' which doesn't surprise me. Most Intel MOBO won't allow OC, even most new Intel P67 MOBOs won't allow OC of their own 'K' unlocked CPU.

I never recommend Intel MOBOs they are oddly problematic and generally very basic -- like an OEM MOBO.
