VLC media player

Hello.
Is it possable to download 'VLC media player' to this pc,,and transfer it to my other pc with a disc.
My other pc is not on the internet.


If so, how can i do it ?

Yes, you can download VLC and copy it to another PC using a CD or USB drive.
