Hello,
Does anyone know where I can find a Intel Motherboar that supports 64bit CPU quad core, supports triple or dual channel memory (DDR -3), an FSB of 1066 MZ or greater, supports at least 8 hard drives, supports RAID 0/1/5, at least two PCIe X16 slot, an onboard NIC/sound/1394, and supports estata port

It's a homework assignment and I can't seem to find all of the listed features anywhere. Can you just tell me what my professor means by a on board NIC/sound/1394? I seen a couple of sites that had everything but that one because it's probally put down different.

Your prior question, currently there are (4) Intel 4-Core CPU types: LGA 775 {being phased out}, LGA 1156, LGA 1366, and the newest LGA 1155.
