GT240 causing endless reboot on vista64

Zotac's GeForce GT 240 512MB AMP! Edition is causing my PC to reboot endlessly. It reboots just before the vista logo loading thing appears.
I have a A8N-SLI Deluxes, BIOS version 1016. Vista 64 bit. 550W PSU.
