150$ budget whats the best PCI-E card for my money.

I recently bought a new PC with a I-5 processer and 8GB DDR3 ram however it came with integrated graphics and I am looking into buying a card. I only have a single PCI-E slot so what is the best card for my money in the 150$ range?

If you have a 1920x1080 monitor resolution, then the HD5770 it is. If less resolution, you many not have to spend all the $150 except if you want to max out your graphics settings.
