Consistent Crashing While Gaming

Hello all I have researched these forums and though I have found a few threads like what I am having they are all beyond me in regards to the fixes. I am hoping I can get help to work through this and solve this damn problem.

System Sepcs

EVGA nForce 790i Ultra SLI Mother Board
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700 2.6GHZ Processor
nVidia 9800 GTX+ Card
4 Gigs of Corsair DDR3 Ram

All my drivers are up to date however the problem I am running into is complete and utter random crashing while I am gaming. I will be fine for a few hours then bam... I will reboot go for 5 mins then bam... I will play for another 4 to 5 hours and crash... total randomness. I have kept an eye on the cards heat and it really never gets about 54 degress C. I do not think its a heating problem. This is absolutely driving me bonkers. I am not a complete newb when it comes to computers however I am by no means an expert. Does anyone have any ideas that might help me troubleshoot and figure this out?

Any Help is greatly appreciated

power supply acting up or voltage fluctuations on the grid? UPS...

could be faulty memory? download and run memtest86+ for several passes. thou it shouldn't normally cause reboots, mostly freezes/corruption with maybe sound looping

do you have the 'automatically reboot when bluescreens' option unticked in windows settings?

what temps does your CPU reach while gaming?
does it only happen on one game?
what is your PSU and how old is it?

PSU is 800W and is almost 2 years old. It happens usually when I am playing MMORPG's single player games I have not had a crash yet. Hmmm is there a tool to determine how hot the CPU gets... I have EVGA Precision for my Graphics Card DL'ed? Trying to run memtest 86+ now.
