Upgrading dimension c521 video card

I am upgrading my Dell C521 monitor ( 19" ) to a samsung SP 2309W monitor with inbuilt TV tuner.Would it make any difference to overall quality if I also upgraded my grapics card

If you are not gaming it does not matter.
