Best Amd moutherboard for 100$ off newegg

i want to get off of ddr2 memory and i want to run 2 video cards on the same board at least pci-e x8.

im getting a AMD Phenom II X6 1090T and i want to overclock it far as i can ....(dont want the board to hold me back!)
is asrock anygood??? i know the used to suck but know there boards look decent

i can spend 120$ max but no more because i only have 200$ to spend and i want 8GB of DDR3(usally 80$) memory

i would like a reliable board not a peace of crap (ECS Budget boards)

6GB off ddr2 ram
Asus Radeon 6850
Antec earthwattts 650watt

Im kinda picky on boards because they tend to break more then anything else(or come DOA a lot)


i thank the ASRock 880G EXTREME3 would be better because it has onboard video just encase my card breaks or something

I would go with the ASRock 870 Extreme3. It is the best AM3 board based on price to performance / features... IMO.
