Video card driver keeps crashing please help

Hello everyone Ive been getting the device driver stopped responded and has recovered error alot. Im not sure if this is a hardware issue or not, the card is only about 2 months old. Any suggestions please.

My computer:
windows 7 64 bit
4 gb ram
msi 260 gtx
intel duo core 3.0

This is my problem to. See I have installed a new graphic card for my computer, it works well then later it crashes and the system restarts.

My computer:
Windows XP 32bit SP3
2 gb ram
MSI K9N6PGM2-V2 (Motherboard)
AMD Athlon II X2 240
Sparkle GeForce 9400 GT 1gb

I tried it in Windows Vista but still crashes.
Please help us!
