Hi,

I'm considering various options for power supplies. At the moment, my system looks something like this:

i7 930 -- planning on OC
Radeon HD 5830
6GB DDR3 1600
GA-X58A-UD3R Mobo
WD 1TB Caviar Black hdd

Questions:

1. 600W psu sufficient? eXtreme psu calc suggests ~550W; not sure how closely to adhere to that number.

2. Any specific suggestions for psu's? In general, I'm looking for energy efficiency, and I'm not really sure how to interpret specs @ newegg (>80% efficiency -> how much greater?)

Thanks very much!
