Will it run on my Motherboard?

My system:

MSI K9N-SLI-v2 motherboard
200 Gb PATA wdc HDD
320 Gb Samsung S-ata HDD
Sapphire Radeon hd 4890 vapor-x
2x2 GB 800mhz A-data RAM
550w Chieftech Power Supply
AMD Phenom 8650 2.3 Ghz 3 tuumaline prose
Cooler Master HAF 922 ATX kast

My motherboard supports 95W CPUs max.
I am wondering... Will my MB run AMD Phenom II x4 945, 95W version. product code: HDX945WFGMBOX
In theory, it should but I don't want to waste my money if it doesn't.
Can someone tell me if they work together or recommend a similar cpu which it will run?

Thanks, then the next upgrade is motherboard and cpu, cause my mb can't support any better
