Dell Optiplex Desktop running xp pro

Hello, I found an old Dell Optiplex running windows xp pro. Im trying to get all the updates installed, to no avail. This is a CLEAN computer, no clutter. Its just running the originally installed product without any of the service pack updates, which I cannot seem to get to! (the windows update icon is no help) Help!

Simply run the Windows Update. If that does not work, then let us know what the error is.

Open Control Panel, go to Automatic Updates Icon, double click and open, look down, there is the link under Turn OFF Automatic updates, it will bring you to the update site, alternatively this is the one http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/windowsupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-us Yea, I still have XP on one of my PCs, the best used with Internet Explorer.
