One single beep at boot

Hello,I have an Intel DQ45CB MOBO and when it boots up I get a single Loud beep and everthing else works great.
I tried switching out memory & also tried an external gpu
and have latest bios...

It is normal and expected!! It is the "Post Boot" beep, which means everything is okay! (Good Thing!!)

Yep - the single short Beep at boot means that everything is working properly and all tests have passed so it is a good thing.
