Update a cookie, outside the browser

Hello,
I have a website that I have to visit every day. This website checks a cookie on my system and if it's 24 hours old, it forces a sub-site to open which re-downloads the cookie.

As best I can tell, the site is looking at either the Last Modified, Last Accessed, or Last Checked properties of the cookie (since the expiration shows 2021).

I would like to be able to programatically update those properties on the cookie either through .bat, or some other simple method, so that the sub-site never pops up.

What's the best way to accomplish this?

Is your assumption even correct, that they check a cookie on your computer ?
On their server (s) they know last time visited. You could be going thru a lot of work for nothing. But good luck with your quest.

I'm fairly certain it's a cookie... I even know which cookie. If I delete the cookie, I can get the sub-site to re-load.
