Hi All,
I have a quick question about hooking up the case fans in my Azza Solano 1000. Although this can be applied to many cases.
Is it better to hook the case fans directly into the mothrboard so as to get the variable speeds automatically? Or directly into the power supply to cut down on the amperage running through the motherboard? The top fan I will run to the power supply as it has a 3 position switch on the back of the case. The motherboard is the Asus Crosshair III, and the power supply is the Antec

I would hook up your case fans to your PSU versus your motherboard, but that is a personal perference on my part. I see little benefit with running the case fans through the motherboard unless you are going for a silent operation, which it might be a better option to just get a silent running fan.
