between 880GM-E41 and Asus M4A87TD , i know which is better but from the performance wiev will there be a huge lack of performance from 880GM-E41, i will be using athlon II X3 445 , Mbe later unlock some core , and if i get a bad psu like -items code IT-STARTER05_SL500W , will my system bottleneck ?

Performance wise they are going to be similar the 880G has integrated GPU the 870 does not. A bad PSU will not bottleneck a system so to speak but it can endanger other components and kill them and in the end be more expensive than a quality unit that has all the safety features built in.
