Blurry line when playing DVD movies on my PC

Hello. I am experimenting an annoying problem while watching DVDs on my PC. Whenever the movie is playing and the disc is LOADING, in the middle of the screen there appears two blurry lines moving along. The blurry lines then go away but resume whenever the disc loads information again. This makes watching DVD movies almost impossible because of the distraction. I tested with two different monitors and the problem still the same. Any clue?

My config is as follows:

Hard Drive: WD 500 GB
Ram: 4GB OCZ Gaming Memory Professional Series DDR2
Video: XFX GTX 260 (es la de 192 no la 216)

DVD/RW: Pioneer

Have you tried it with a different media player or a different DVD player?
