    You have to use 6GB or 12GB RAM configs to take advantage of the Tri-Channel memory controllers present in the i7 9xx CPUs...

    And change the HDD to Samsung F3 1TB...It is faster and more efficient...

  3. don' choose your best answer just yet there are other things that need changing.

    Get a corsair psu orso they make good spu's at low prices.

    a 50 dollar case on a build like this?

    go haf 922 or even cosmos s orso they are FAR better

    if the above changes bring you above budget cut down to 5850 CF or 1 5870
