Monitor or Graphic Card problem?

Hi Team,

Currently having some issue with the display. Screen just randomly goes off then comes back. I have changed my dvi-to-hdmi cable once but didn't help.

The graphic card is fairly new while the monitor is around 3 years old. But I have to make sure it is its fault before I dump it.

Anyway I can tell if it is a monitor issue or not?

Does your setup have onboard video? If it does, you can try and run that and see if it still cuts out. If it does, the display is to blame. If not, it's something deeper.

I changed to D-Sub which seems to be OK for a while. However, the HDMI is a bit loose. Not sure if it is the cause
