i m buying a new pc
i5 750
2x2gb ddr3 ram
1tb hdd
ati 5850
nd etc.

Will i face ne prob if i buy a h55 chipset mobo?

*I dont hve plans 2 Overclock

No. The h55 supports the cpu graphics when available on certain Intel cpus; I had no problems with mine, and was able to do some mild overclocking.

I collected few mobo.
Asus P7H55-M
Gigabyte H55M-S2V
Gigabyte H55M-D2H
Intel DH55PJ
MSI H55M-P33

which 1 would u suggest me? (personaly i hate msi)

I have used two boards: the biostar TH55B HD and the Msi H55M-E33. The biostar overclock was a little higher; it had more voltage adjustments than the MSI. But I liked the msi as it had two system fans which had fan rpm controllers in the bios. I set the system fans at 50% for reduced fan noise. Gigabyte would be my choice of the boards listed. I don't have the specs of each in front of me; choose the one with the best price/features you want.
